Dr. Mike Fazzone is originally from upstate New York, but now happily calls Glastonbury home. From an early age, he’s always had an interest in science and a passion for working with his hands. That led him to the dental office, starting as a sterilization tech and eventually a dental assistant.
Dr. Fazzone graduated from Columbia University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, caring for underserved patients throughout New York City. He then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah with a focus on comprehensive dental care. After residency, Dr. Fazzone wanted to be closer to family, joining private practices on the Connecticut shoreline and in Rocky Hill.
Having set up roots in the Glastonbury community over the last few years, Dr. Fazzone is excited to be a part of Distefano Family Dentistry. “The office reputation and legacy is top-notch. I take pride in providing the same high quality, compassionate dental care.”
Dr. Fazzone stays up to date on the latest in dentistry through frequent continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the office Dr. Fazzone enjoys traveling with his wife and son, skiing, playing golf, and rooting for the Red Sox.
