While our mission remains unchanged, we want to update you regarding some changes to our relationship with Delta Dental. As many of you know, our practice welcomes patients with diverse dental insurance coverages, and we will continue to do so. However, after much consideration of Delta Dental's recent changes, restrictions, and rules, we have decided that we can no longer be a preferred provider.
We will not waiver in our commitment to our patients. The changes by Delta Dental have made it increasingly difficult to continue to bring the quality of care you deserve. Because of those changes, we will leave the Delta Dental Preferred, effective January 1, 2024.
Our philosophy is rooted in prioritizing our patients' well-being above all else. Delta Dental's recent modifications often prioritize cost-cutting over the health-centric approach we staunchly believe in. We cannot, in good faith, allow insurance stipulations to undermine the quality and level of care you deserve. Our decisions are always based on what's best for your dental health and overall well-being, not what an insurance policy covers.
It's crucial to clarify that while we might be transitioning to an out-of-network status with Delta Dental, it doesn't change your ability to see us. You might receive communications from Delta Dental implying otherwise. However, please be assured that we still welcome Delta Dental insured patients. We will continue to assist you in completing and submitting your dental claim forms.
This change in our insurance partnership does not, in any way, alter our cherished relationship with you. We truly value the trust and loyalty you've placed in our practice.
